This position will provide advanced technical assistance and analysis related to City planning initiatives, land development applications, and zoning enforcement. This involves evaluating and handling different land development requests, creating plans, reports, studies, and analyses on long-term planning issues, serving as a zoning enforcement officer for the City, gathering and managing up-to-date and long-term planning information, aiding the general public, and offering staff support to various boards and commissions when required.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Hiring salary range: $54,787.20 - $69,825.60/annually, depending on qualifications
Full salary range: $54,787.20 - $84,884.80/annually
This is a continuous recruitment and may close at any time
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in historic preservation, architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, or a closely related field; and
- Three to five years of related experience.
OR
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in historic preservation, architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, or a closely related field; and
- Two years of related experience.
