Members' 25-Year Reminiscences

Patrick Horsbrugh, AICP

Environic Foundation International Inc.
South Bend, Indiana

My professional activities began in London with a deliberate attack on the inadequacy of the acclaimed 1947 Town and County Planning Act, in the turbulent post-war reconstruction, minimal resources period.
