Ask the Author: July 2008 Zoning Practice is pleased to make it possible for subscribers and website visitors to ask questions of current authors about their articles. Authors will study the questions, consolidate any that are similar, and write answers that will be posted on this website.
Despite their popularity as an urban amenity, trees don't always get the respect they deserve in local development regulations.
