| How Does an Audio/Web Conference Work? During the conference, you will listen to a discussion via the telephone and view the PowerPoint using an online portal. Alternately, you may download the PowerPoint to your computer prior to the conference. Your registration covers one point of phone and Internet access — you can invite as many people as your facilities can accommodate. Some sites have only a few people attend and some invite 10 to 40 attendees. Small groups may listen and watch in an office. Larger groups may use a digital/data projector and participate in the program in a large conference room. Registration includes access to a special conference website with extensive supplemental reading materials. All attendees will have access to the website for three months after the program. Many programs provide an opportunity for a Q&A session with the panel experts. Attendees fax or e-mail questions to the panel for most programs. Questions not answered during the live program are posted on the conference website. What Technology is Required? The audio/web conference is delivered to you live.
