Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes must be received by e-mail to registrationchanges@planning.org two weeks prior to program date. Any registration that is canceled is assessed a $25 fee.

The Main Registrant will receive the audio/web conference materials. If the Main Registrant is not an AICP member, it is necessary to have an AICP member attend programs A1–A11, A17 and B1–B11, B17 in order to receive the AICP discount. This person's contact information must be entered above in addition to the Main Registrant's contact information in order to receive the discount.
