Part Two discusses the players involved in the planning process, the point of view they bring to planning, and how the commission works with these players. Speakers review plan implementation, subdivision regulation, and how the plan is amended. Hear the newest approaches to plans the techniques of planning. Examine how to engage citizens, resolve conflicts, and forge relationships. Co-sponsor: The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy

How does an audio/web conference work?

To attend only the live program, register for Option A.

To train staff members or commissioners who cannot attend the live program, order Option B and receive a CD-ROM of the conference. The CD-ROM contains:

• Audio recording synchronized with the PowerPoint presentation
• Transcript of the program
• Supplemental reading materials

The CD-ROM is mailed to you six to eight weeks after the program. The CD-ROM is Mac and PC compatible.
