How does an audio/web conference work?

To train staff members or commissioners who cannot attend the live program, order Option B and receive a CD-ROM of the conference. The CD-ROM contains:

Audio recording synchronized with the PowerPoint presentation
Transcript of the program
Supplemental reading materials

The CD-ROM is mailed to you six to eight weeks after the program. The CD-ROM is Mac and PC compatible.
