Aja Howell Aja is the lead consultant and owner of AMH Consulting, brings extensive experience in the design and implementation of strategic interventions to help increase organizational effectiveness and produce measurable results. Ms. Howell has served over 350 clients at the local, state, and national levels. These clients have included non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and a variety of private companies. In addition to her comprehensive knowledge of the public sector, she brings the ability to frame and facilitate processes that simplify complex issues. This leads to breakthroughs in thinking and actionable plans. Mrs. Howell holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University and a BS in Psychology from San Diego State University. She is a Masters Level Trainer for the Institute of Cultural Affairs and is certified by the International Association for Facilitators.
