Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation Methods training helps groups think, talk and work together. It provides group facilitators with structured methods that allow a group to deal with more data in less time while incorporating the contributions of all. ToP methods enable integrated thinking and they help minimize polarization and conflict.

This training teaches the foundational values of: Inclusive Participation, Teamwork and Collaboration, Individual and Group Creativity, Action and Ownership, and Reflection and Learning. ToP methods use innovative approaches that have been extensively researched and field tested. These methods are supported by practical results that have proven sustainable over time, giving participants renewed confidence in their capability to support participative approaches and strategies in their organization.
