Effective Historic Preservation Programs

This session focuses on building and maintaining municipal historic preservation programs and will be relevant to cities of all sizes. The panel of experts will focus on programs that integrate historic preservation into the planning process and will cover introductory topics, such as the various components of effective preservation programs, as well as practical issues relating to staff needs and training and building relationship with other local heritage organizations.
