Grace Hanlon was appointed Executive Director of the New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism in January 2011. She is founder and President (currently on leave) of the multi-media production company Edvantage Media Group (EMG), which works in feature films, network and cable television. Philanthropically, Ms. Hanlon is the Chair of Education Curriculum for The Two River Film Festival and elected President of the Board of Trustees for Prevention First. She was recently featured in Prime Woman Magazine in an article entitled “Women Leading the Way.” Ms. Hanlon has a background in both psychology and media, having received a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania while working as an intern for the children’s television program Sesame Street. She has received awards at the 2008 Garden State Film Festival, as well as the JASPAR Gold Award for best agency video.

As a result, New Brunswick is consistently referred to as a redevelopment success story, and was recently called the most successful model for revitalization in New Jersey. By developing unique public-private partnerships, Mr. Paladino has been able to initiate projects that both address underlying public policy issues and revitalize the community while respecting its history. He is a member of the New Jersey Gaming, Sports and Entertainment Advisory Commission, the Mason Gross School of the Arts Leadership Council, the President’s Business Leaders Cabinet at Rutgers University, Greater New Brunswick Innovation Zone Advisory Board, New Brunswick Cultural Center, Regional Plan Association-New Jersey Committee, and the Somerset County Parks Commission.

Lynn A. Kovich is the Assistant Commissioner for the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) in the Department of Human Services and is the single state authority for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorders. The Division is responsible for the coordination, administration, management and supervision of the institutional and community public mental health system, and is also responsible for regulating, monitoring, planning and funding substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery support services. Prior to her appointment, she was the Director of Human Services in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Ms. Kovich holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Allentown College of St. Francis DeSales and a master’s degree in educational administration from Lehigh University.

Prior to joining Honeywell Smart Grid Solutions as the New Jersey's Clean Energy Program Residential Energy Efficiency Program Manager in 2007, Mr. Wolk worked with Alliance Energy Solutions as an Account Executive providing commercial and industrial lighting solutions based on NYSERDA, ConEd and NYPA energy efficiency requirements. Mr. Wolk has successfully completed BPI Building Analyst and Envelope Training, numerous Eastern Heating - Cooling Council HVAC courses and FDSI Service Assistant Field Training. He graduated Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science with Honors and currently serves as a Commissioner on the West Orange Energy Commission.

Through the Rutgers Center for Green Building, Ms. Souder works on energy efficiency and other green building initiatives of the Energy Efficient Buildings Hub’s (EEB Hub) Informing Policies in the Region platform. The goal of the EEB Hub, a U.S. DOE initiative, is to reduce energy use in the U.S. commercial buildings sector by 20 percent by 2020. In addition, Ms. Souder provides research, writing and project management services and consults on a range of private and public sector green building projects. She has worked for over 15 years in the fields of landscape architecture, natural resource management and green building design, construction and operations. While Director of Capital Projects/Assistant Director at the Queens Botanical Garden, Ms. Souder was responsible for guiding the QBG Visitor Center and sustainable landscapes project, which earned LEED® Platinum certification, from planning through construction. Ms. Souder earned both a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science from the School of Natural Resources and Environment, University of Michigan and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

William O’Dea has spent over 20 years in roles where he has had to oversee and approve the deployment of capital into disadvantaged neighborhoods. Since 1995, he has served as Deputy Executive Director with responsibility over all EDC redevelopment activities and has worked closely with all federal, state, local, and private entities participating in redevelopment. He has represented EDC in the development of IKEA and Jersey Gardens Mall, as well as the redevelopment of the Elizabeth port Revitalization Project. Mr. O’Dea has assisted in securing funding for various projects throughout the City and other municipalities, including $300 million in financing for the Jersey Gardens Mall (which included over $100 Million in RAD funding through NJEDA under the landfill reclamation district statute). He has also served on the task force that worked on developing state legislation relative to deployment of state tax incentives for commercial and mixed use development in New Jersey. Mr. O’Dea serves on PROCEED’s Board as Vice Chairman, which participated in two LIHTC allocations for HOPE VI Projects and one NMTC project. He was appointed to the Port Development Task Force. He has served as a County Legislator since 1997.

Mr. Huether is currently the Assistant Director for Single Family Programs for the Agency with responsibilities including managing the Agency’s CHOICE residential construction loan effort as well as the single family in-house loan originations. Mr. Huether has also served as the Assistant Director for Program Development, Outreach and Foreclosure Prevention. He has experience managing the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling program, The New Jersey Judicial Foreclosure Mediation Program as well as assisting with Servicer and Housing Counseling Agency participation and closing / post-closing functions under the Home Keeper Program. Mr. Huether earned Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University College of Rutgers University. Additionally Mr. Huether has served as a Councilman, Vice Chair of the Zoning Board, Vice-Chair of the Redevelopment Agency, Board Member of the Housing Authority and member of the Planning Board in Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey. Mr. Huether also served on the Board of Trustees of Raritan Valley Community College.
