Instructors:
David Zippin
is a vice president with ICF International and leads the firm's large habitat conservation planning and implementation practice. He has contributed to, managed, overseen and implemented more than 35 regional and project HCPs and NCCPs and their environmental documents. He is coauthor of the award-winning Understanding the Habitat Conservation Planning Process in California: A Guidebook for Project and Regional Conservation Planning.
Doug Leslie
is a senior wildlife biologist with ICF International. He manages many aspects of implementation of the two largest operating regional HCPs in Northern California, including long-term monitoring of habitat restoration and preserve management. He also has extensive experience preparing HCPs for private and local government clients.
