ULI's Real Estate Trends 2013 events provide an outlook on U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues. The presentations draw on formal and informal surveys of real estate executives and market experts around the U.S., including survey responses from over 500 real estate executives and personal interviews with over 200 industry leaders. A panel of real estate experts will respond with their observations for the local market in 2013. Planners will gain insight into what is driving, or not driving, their local real estate markets.
