Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Workshop

Is your community interested in implementing transit oriented development (TOD)? This day-long session will examine the challenges and opportunities for TOD in Florida. Building on Florida Department of Transportation’s “Framework for Transit Oriented Development in Florida” (completed in 2011 and available at www.fltod.com), this interactive workshop will explore planning, case studies, and strategies to implement successful TOD across Florida. This session will offer new tools to guide communities of varying scales and settlement patterns to achieve TOD over time.
