How can social media support planning projects?Parsons BrinckerhoffLenexa, KS This session provides an overview of the successful use of social media on planning projects, and how it is becoming an integral part of the planning industry. The session will share an in-depth perspective of how social media and digital communication can help crowd source critical information and feedback, but also position those projects for long-term success and add value for our clients. It will highlight how some of these things have taken place with the Cincinnati Streetcar project, and how social media should be taking a prominent role on planning projects.
