CM Provider Payment Plans

TThe following table represents a full listing of available payment plans.* Please feel free to contact us (AICPCM@planning.org) to discuss the best option for your organization. Registration and payment plans are both non-refundable.

Price depends on the organization's total annual gross receipts as reported to the IRS on form 990, form 990-EZ, or 990-N:

Less than $500,000 = $945 per year

Between $500,000 and $5M = $1,995 per year

Between $5M and $15M = $2,995 per year

Greater than $15M = $5,145 per year

Unlimited number of training hours for single, multi-part, and distance education events within a calendar year (January-December) **

Any non-annual unlimited plan may be upgraded throughout the year, but money previously spent on CM credits will not be applied towards the purchase of a plan upgrade.

Providers hosting multiple training events per year or large events with many hours of training.
In-House Annual Unlimited (for employee training only)$475 per yearUnlimited number of training hours for single, multi-part, and distance education events within a calendar year (January-December) **Private firms or other entities offering training exclusively to their employees. Includes training offered by planning departments for elected or appointed officials.
Daily or Weekly Unlimited

$700 per day

Unlimited number of training hours for single and multi-part events within the day (or part thereof) or week (seven consecutive days). Providers hosting a conference or large event with multiple concurrent sessions.
Basic Per-Credit $50 per credit $50 per training hour offered for CM credit.Providers offering a small number of training hours per year or who prefer to register events on a per-credit basis.
Bundle Packages

$2,250 per 50 credits

$4,000 per 100 credits

Bundle packages work in much the same way as debit cards: Purchase a bundle of credits up front and use them on any credit registration. Choosing a 50 credit bundle saves 10% compared with $50 per credit; a 100 credit bundle saves 20%. Bundle packages expire 2 years after date of purchase.Providers who prefer to register events on a per-credit basis but offer multiple training hours per year.

* Education must be offered directly by the provider registering the events and not by a partner or through a partner not in this provider category.

** For those providers purchasing annual unlimited payment plans, distance education products will be assessed a $50 per product fee at the time of registration. 

Special Bonus for Annual Unlimited Plans

Providers who have "partners" or "departments" within their organizational structure may choose to purchase a separate Provider Number for an additional $95 fee per partner. This allows each partner to share registration powers under one unlimited annual payment plan rather than needing to purchase individual annual unlimited payment plans.

This is limited to partners or share either the same Tax ID (e.g., a planning firm with several locations, a division within an organization, a campus or department within a university) or fit within a governmental structure that recognizes a similar status (e.g. municipal departments of agencies).
