Have We Missed Our Chance to Get the Public's Consent?

Even the best teams, and those with the best intentions, some times wind up starting public involvement later than is ideal. Perhaps they inherited a project, or just dropped the ball. When this happens, don’t throw up your hands. Instead, take this lesson and apply it to help you save the project.
