Mr. Eubank has previously spoken at conferences about various facets of land use planning and impact fees. Before practicing law, he practiced in the urban planning and development field with experience ranging from new town planning and business district redevelopment/revitalization to preparation of master plans, zoning codes and subdivision regulations. As an attorney, Mr. Eubank has more than 20 years experience representing local government as both general counsel and as special counsel. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
