"Keeping It Legal: Regulating Sexually Oriented Businesses,” provides participants with key regulatory elements that every local government should include within zoning and licensing ordinances regulating sexually oriented businesses. Session speakers, Kelly and Cooper, provide practical “how to” strategies for addressing the legal, regulatory and administrative issues surrounding successful regulation of sexually oriented uses. The session also provides participants with the salient court cases and supporting studies that underlie the regulation of these First Amendment protected land uses.
