The 2010 HCM incorporates multiple new tools and research to evaluate multimodal facilities and operations. This webinar will introduce attendees to the new unsignalized pedestrian crossing methodology in Chapter 19 of the 2010 HCM. It will also provide an overview of Chapter 23, Off-Street Pedestrian and Bicycle Facilities, which provides new and expanded capacity and LOS estimation procedures for bikeways, walkways, and multi-use paths.
