The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) is a complex and dynamic law that changes from year to year. Keeping abreast of the latest developments is essential for professionals involved in any aspect of environmental impact assessment. This 2012 update features the latest legislative amendments, proposed revisions to the CEQA Guidelines, and court decisions handed down in the past year. The course also includes key issues and trends in CEQA practice at the state and local levels.
