Residual Raleigh--Tapping the Potential of Unused space in Downtown. Where are the primary concentrations of unused land, both publicly and privately owned in the Downtown district? What are the best potential uses for unused land in Downtown? How can we work together to transform underused areas into great public spaces, such as pocket parks, restaurants and retail, pop-up shops, and outdoor office spaces? This is one of eight presentations that provide an Introduction to Raleigh's Downtown Plan update process and objectives.
