More Instructors: Arthur Anderson AICP Mr. Anderson is a shareholder in the Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group of the Dallas office of Winstead PC.
He represents landowners, developers and builders in major land use issues with local and state governmental entities. He frequently processes development applications and presents cases before administrative and legislative bodies. In addition, he represents clients in litigation on land use matters and has argued cases before various courts of appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.
Mr. Anderson has a B.A. from Austin College with honors, M.P.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, LBJ School of Public Affairs, and J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law with honors. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas and American Bar Associations, the Dallas Bar Foundation, the Texas State Bar Foundation, the American Planning Association, and the Texas Association of Builders Legal Affairs Committee.
Mr. Anderson is the author of numerous articles on zoning and land use matters and has spoken at over 60 seminars on the subject. He has also authored two books on Texas land use law. He has been listed for several years in Best Lawyers in America, in D Magazine as one of the best
