The USACE Learning Center (ULC) is the center for learning for Corps of Engineers, and implements the PROSPECT (Proponent Sponsored Engineering Corps Training) Program. Described on the ULC website ulc.usace.army.mil, ULC currently offers 200+ courses worldwide that support missions of USACE and other government agencies. Located in Huntsville, Alabama on the UAH campus, the ULC has 34 employees, educators and support personnel.
