The ITIA is a public-private organization, governed by a Board of Directors; a majority of the members of the Board are mayors and village presidents representing a diverse group of cities, towns and villages from across Illinois, representing over 80% of TIF redevelopment projects in the state. Members range from the largest cities in Illinois to some of the smallest communities and also includes private sector companies and individuals.
