The National Alliance of Preservation Commissions is the only national nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting local historic preservation commissions and the historic resources they help protect. A major component of NAPC’s mission is to provide educational and training programs to municipal staff and the dedicated volunteers who serve on local historic preservation commissions. We join our partners to support legislation and policies that benefit historic preservation at the local, state, and federal levels.
