NYCEDC is seeking proposals for light manufacturing, industrial warehousing, and distribution operations for an over 185,000 square foot site located in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

• Site is part of a larger parcel known as the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal spanning Pier 11, Pier 12, and the Atlantic Basin.

• Respondents may propose modifications to the space and projects that use all or a portion of the site.

• Site is owned by the Port Authority and leased to NYCEDC.

Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis with quarterly deadlines. The submission deadlines for the RFP are:
