The WTCM seeks professional consulting services to develop a Master Plan for a World Trade Center complex to be located at PortMiami. The master plan will focus on three main areas:

1. Physical Site Planning: the design of a 33 acre mixed-use urban development located adjacent to Miami’s Central Business District. The project is centered on the trade and tourism industries with a concentration on traditional WTC functions and facilities;
2. Phasing Strategy: the proposed phasing for development of the site based on a completed Economic and Market Analysis;
3. Programming of Phase 1: the programming of buildings to be developed in the first phase.
