This RFQ seeks consultant who are familiar with Village District legislation as authorized under CT law. The Town is seeking an innovative look at 2-3 areas which may be suitable for establishing Village District zoning or Code drafting. Selected consultant will work closely with staff and stakeholders to establish Districts and create development friendly regulations or code.
