The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge is accepting qualifications from consulting teams to assist in the development of an arts-centered community, innovatively using the arts and culture as tools for revitalizing the Old South Baton Rouge neighborhood in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The project shall result in a Feasibility Study, Master Implementation Plan, and Replicable Community Model designed to include arts and culture as tools to build on and expand ongoing community redevelopment activities. The process shall explore current artistic programming, real-estate scenarios for new development and redevelopment opportunities, and possible education and workforce development through arts and culture.
