The City of Independence, Ohio is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the creation of an Economic Development Marketing Program (EDMP). This EDMP process is expected to begin in March 2013 and continue through year-end 2013, in a two-phase approach.

Proposals are requested from marketing firms or consultants with experience in economic development market research, public sector brand development, and the creation of comprehensive community marketing strategies using both new and traditional media.
