Schedule
In 2009 the conference runs from Saturday through Wednesday.


Reception
A Joint Division Reception is scheduled on Monday evening from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

  • All conference attendees are invited to this to network and learn more about APA divisions. Each division will have a table around which to gather and display division materials.
  • All divisions will fund the Joint Reception based on division membership as of December 30, 2008.
  • An invoice will be sent to each division treasurer following the conference.
  • Divisions are no longer required to hold individual receptions.


Business Meetings

  • Many divisions hold breakfast business meetings and may continue to do so.
  • Division Meetings will be scheduled during the times listed in the schedule below. Please indicate your date and time preference on the form.

Meeting Room Information
The meeting room will be provided on a complimentary basis. In February, you will receive a confirmation letter from APA staff informing you of the hotel’s meeting room and catering contact at the hotel. This letter will provide instructions on how the division will work with the hotel.


Promotion
The divisions' meetings and the Joint Reception will be listed in the preliminary and final conference programs. More than 40,000 people receive the preliminary program.
