
JAPA Wins National Award The Journal of the American Planning Association is the winner of a 2003 bronze award for general excellence from the Society of National Association Publications.
SNAP is the umbrella organization of association publications. It gives annual awards in several categories, including scholarly journals. JAPA won this year for three of the four issues it published in 2003. JAPA also has won SNAP's gold award for general excellence in the past, and other APA publications have won SNAP awards as well.
