APA Outreach Director Explores Community Participation in HUD's Magazine EDGE

APA Director of Outreach and International Programs Jeffrey Soule, FAICP, offers suggestions for improving civic engagement in a recent issue of HUD's online magazine EDGE.

In the article, "Community Participation: Creating a civic culture through local planning," Soule offers an overview of techniques that can be used around the world.
