Williams & Works is seeking an individual with a degree (Master’s preferred) in urban or regional planning with a minimum of 7 years professional level experience in some or all of the following areas: community master planning, zoning, transportation planning, site and neighborhood design, mapping, economic and demographic research and analysis. The position requires the ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with other professionals and clients and the ability to successfully complete multi-faceted planning assignments.
The successful candidate will be AICP certified and demonstrate knowledge of Michigan land use and zoning practices. Strong written and verbal skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office® and some familiarity with ArcGIS® required.
