Community Development -- Town of Adams
The Adams Community Development Department is seeking an energetic and creative individual to perform a wide range of responsibilities in project management and grants administration, especially with Town CDBG programs/projects. Reporting to the Director, the position will assist in planning and managing an aggressive community development program, involving downtown revitalization, housing rehabilitation, economic development, and development review.
Candidates should be highly motivated and able to juggle multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork. Need excellent communications skills, especially ability to write clearly and effectively. Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in planning, public administration, finance, or related field; 3-5 years of relevant experience; or any equivalent combination.
