How to Submit Artwork to City Gallery1. You can submit a drawing done by hand or computer, a photograph, or collage. It must be able to fit on 81/2 by 11 paper, or be a GIF (for a drawing/graphic), JPG (for a photo), TIF or Photoshop file 800x600 pixels wide. Images of poor quality (for example too dark or out of focus) or considered inappropriate will not be accepted. If the work is accepted for exhibition, the APA reserves the right to resize, convert formats, and/or crop the image. Material cannot be returned so be sure to keep a copy for yourself. 2. Your caption should be a short paragraph of around 40 words. 3. You can send up to two entries for each theme. They will be posted on the web site about two weeks after they are received. 4. While the original artist (you) owns your work (that means all copyright privileges), unauthorized use of the work by people who download images from the site cannot be prevented.
