Bylaws and Organizing Principles

  • Latinos and Planning is a diverse, collaborative, and open effort.
  • We strive to develop clear priorities and strategies, while being flexible enough to adapt to changing conditions. We aim to work at all scales of planning and policymaking, from the international to the neighborhood level.
  • Our collaborative, transparent and values-based approaches are embodied in our organizing and decision making.
  • The Latinos and Planning National Agenda reflects the comments of planning, development, and policy professionals from around the United States.
  • Every member of Latinos and Planning is welcome to be a leader.

The bylaws reflect and institutionalize this approach.
