The Maryland/Delaware Joint Regional Conference will be held November 19-21, 2008 at Loews Hotel in Annapolis. That's Wednesday to Friday the week between Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving. The hotel's website is: http://www.loewshotels.com/en/Hotels/Annapolis-Hotel/Overview.aspx. It is a beautiful space in an exciting, vibrant city.

The Conference Committee is anxious to begin work on the program. Anyone wishing to be a part of the planning and production should contact Jim Potter at 202-402-4610 or James_m._potter@hud.gov.

We need your thoughts on themes, tracks, and sessions. We also need your participation as volunteer Track Coordinators, speakers, and all important workers! (Volunteers will receive complimentary conference registration.)

Talk to your employers about being sponsors and exhibitors. The next twelve months will go by very quickly. Please help us make this conference the success we have come to expect.
