Ground Transportation
Getting to and around Las Vegas doesn't have to be hard. Take a shuttle from the airport, learn about discounts from Amtrak, and hop on the Duece right outside the conference hotels.From the Airport
Las Vegas is served by McCarran International Airport, which is located 4.5 miles from Paris/Bally's hotels. Shuttle buses depart regularly from the west side of the baggage claim area and cost approximately $5 to $6 per person each way. Taxi rates are about $10 to $12 each way per trip (not per person). Car Rental

Amtrak
Amtrak will offer 10 percent off the lowest available fare to Las Vegas from April 24 through May 4, 2008. Call Amtrak at 1-800-872-7245 or contact your travel agent. Use Fare Code Number X33Q-923 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional and Acela service for all departures seven days a week. This offer cannot be booked online.
Public Transportation
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) offers the "Duece" Double Decker bus service on the Las Vegas Strip. Purchase tickets for this and all public transportation options at www.rtcsouthernnevada.com/cat/buy.htm.
Las Vegas Monorail
APA has set up a special discount on all Monorail tickets.

In 15 minutes or less, the Las Vegas Monorail connects you to the city's restaurants, shows, shops, clubs, hotels, and casinos in a safe, clean, and climate-controlled environment. Trains arrive every few minutes.
The monorail's seven stations are located at MGM Grand, Bally's/Paris Las Vegas, Flamingo/Caesars Palace, Harrah's/Imperial Palace, Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas Hilton, and Sahara.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.; Friday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 a.m.
