  E-mail: your own e-mail address (the one you prefer to use for business contacts)
  On-site phone number(s): this could be a hotel number and/or cell phone

• Arrange interviews ahead of the conference.

• For that purpose, you might wish to indicate a cut-off date (if you haven’t already done so), after which resumes should be submitted on-site.

• Check your on-site mailbox several times each day for new resumes.

• Ask job seekers for whom you have scheduled interviews to inform you, by phone, email, or by way of the on-site Conference Cyber Center, if they are not able to attend the interview (preferably the day before the interview). Please provide the phone number and/or email address that you most frequently check.

• Interviews may be informational, screening, or in-depth, as best meets your needs. (You may wish to bring with you brochures, business cards, hard copies of your agency’s application form and/or information on where to access the form.)

• If you do not have sufficient time during your Interview Room Time Slot to see all the applicants you would like to, please feel free to schedule meetings outside of the Job Connection area, at a restaurant, or in a hotel lobby, for example, at your mutual convenience.

• As a courtesy to your job applicants, please briefly inform those you do not wish to see that you are not interested in their candidacy at this time. Job seekers truly appreciate at least an acknowledgement that their application was received, even though it was not pursued.

You are over-qualified for this position.

Your availability for starting the job does not meet our needs.

Your salary expectations are above what we are able to pay.

We are holding your resume for future opportunities.

We will contact only those applicants whom we wish to interview further within the next 2 / 3 / 4 weeks.
