Schedule

The largest planning conference in the world includes a conference just for you. At APA's National Planning Conference you can pick and choose from hundreds of sessions, workshops, and mobile workshops to build your own conference. Use APA's online schedule builder to customize your conference. Or choose one of APA's suggested schedules.

Build Your Own Conference

With APA's online schedule builder, you can create your own conference. Search through all the conference activities to find those that interest you most. Create multiple schedules to weigh your options and save schedules for later. Then, when you've made your final selections, use your customized schedule to register for the conference.

Pre-registration is now closed. You can register for the conference and buy tickets for mobile workshops and special events on site in Las Vegas beginning at 1 p.m. on April 26.

If you built your own conference schedule, you can still view it but you can no longer make changes to it online. Please note: You may choose to attend sessions other than those in your conference schedule. Sessions are open to all conference attendees, and seating is first-come, first-served.

Choose a Suggested Schedule

APA has put together a number of suggested schedules — some for specific people like planning commissioners and students, others focused on specific topics such as suburbs or brownfields. You can register using a suggested schedule to the letter or tailor one to suit your needs.
