| March 27, 2008 | Deadline: Online registration closes. APA Housing Bureau closes. Organizer completes the audiovisual form. |

| April 15, 2008 | Deadline: Submit materials for on-site reference book to speakerinfo@planning.org. |

Mobile Workshop Organizer & Speaker Registration Policy
Workshop organizers and speakers are required to register for the conference. Registration guarantees that workshop organizer and speaker names will appear in the final conference program. There are two registration options:
Paid Registrant: Discounted registration fee of $150
- $150 registration fee will allow you to attend the entire conference and grant access to all educational sessions, entry into the exhibit hall, and tickets for the opening reception and awards luncheon.
- When registration opens in December, you must go online to register at this discounted rate.
Guest Registrant: No registration fee
- If you or your speakers are participating only in the mobile workshop and do not wish to attend any other conference events, you register as a "guest registrant."
- The mobile workshop organizer must request guest registration when inviting speakers online, or send the request to speakerinfo@planning.org, including function code, title, and speaker name.
