Leasing activity:

* R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. renewed 659,0000 square feet in Bolingbrook

* Toyota leased 238,000 square feet in Alsip

* Midland Paper agreed to lease 150,000 square feet in Des Plaines

* Flo-Right Products leased 128,000 square feet in Elk Grove Village

* Mayrich agreed to lease 106,000 square feet in Bensenville

* PBD Worldwide renewed 105,000 square feet in Bolingbrook

* Stephen Gould Corp. leased 71,000 square feet in Itasca.

* The Pillow Factory signed a lease for 65,000 square feet in Buffalo Grove

* Hendrick Midwest reached terms on a 53,000 square feet in Elgin

In a search

* ConAgra Foods, New Breed Logistics, UTI Worldwide Inc., Peacock Engineering, Pactive, Ropak, and Lagasse Inc. are the companies exploring space in the I55 & i80 Corridors.

* Strive Group is exploring in the I355 DuPage Corridor

* Systemex is looking in the I-94 Corridor

Sales completed

* Industrial Income Trust purchased 304,000 square feet from Four Oaks Distribution Co. for $16.3 million in Aurora.

* Torburn Properties sold 275,000 square feet to WP Carey Co. for $17 million in Elk grove Village.

* Griffin Capital purchased 194,000 square feet from Gemstone for $15.6 million in Libertyville.

Construction activity

* Polmax Transportation build-to-suit in of 172,000 square feet in April, to be finished April.

* Conor Commercial and Global Corp. with 343,000 square feet in Elgin to be finished in June.

*1300 Busse Road in Elk Grove Village, 230,000 square feet, completion in April.
