Reporting Procedures

The Facilitator must ensure that a report of the town hall meeting is sent to APA's National Headquarters in Washington, DC. The report will be vital to the Task Force's mission in tracking the events around the country, compiling each meeting's agenda and results, and any plans for future action. The Facilitator should designate someone attending the town hall meeting to memorialize the event, either by taking written notes or by audio or video recording.
