Presenter

Diana  Mendes, AICPDiana Mendes, AICP, directs strategic investments for transportation at AECOM, a global professional services company. For 25 years, she has focused on putting eco-friendly transportation in place for more livable, vital communities. A frequent speaker on transportation topics, she teaches at Rutgers University's National Transit Institute and helped write APA's Advanced Specialty Certification exam for transportation planners. Her publications include transportation chapters in Planning and Urban Design Standards, available from APAPlanningBooks.com.
