Table 6h lists 12 web-based trainings on coastal and marine planning issues for which Gulf of Mexico coastal region respondents were asked to rate their interest. The five trainings with the highest percentage of very high or high interest ratings from respondents are:

  1. GIS Tools for Strategic Conservation Planning (53%);
  2. CanVis (53%);
  3. Roadmap for Adapting to Coastal Risk (52%);
  4. Introducing Green Infrastructure for Coastal Resilience (52%); and
  5. Habitat Priority Planner (51%).

The five trainings with the highest percentage of low or very low interest ratings from respondents are:

  1. Assessing GIS for Your Organization (31%);
  2. Introduction to Coastal GIS (28%);
  3. Remote Sensing for Spatial Analysts (28%);
  4. N-SPECT (25%) and
  5. GIS for Managers (25%).

The trainings with the highest percentage of respondents rating the training as "Not Applicable" are:

  1. Assessing GIS for Your Organization (16%);
  2. Conservation Data Documentation (16%);
  3. Coastal Inundation Mapping (14%);
  4. N-SPECT (14%).
