Table 6j lists 12 web-based trainings on coastal and marine planning issues for which Pacific Islands coastal region respondents were asked to rate their interest. The five trainings with the highest percentage of very high or high interest ratings from respondents are:

  1. GIS Tools for Strategic Conservation Planning (59%);
  2. Introducing Green Infrastructure for Coastal Resilience (55%);
  3. Remote Sensing for Spatial Analysts (52%);
  4. Roadmap for Adapting to Coastal Risk (52%); and
  5. Introduction to Coastal GIS (49%).

The five trainings with the highest percentage of low or very low interest or "Not Applicable" ratings from respondents are:

  1. Assessing GIS for Your Organization (55%);
  2. N-SPECT (48%);
  3. CanVis (45%);
  4. GIS for Managers (45%); and
  5. Habitat Priority Planner (41%).
