Downside UP "Downside UP" is a documentary This documentary captures the struggle of the people of North Adams in their redefinition of their community, envisaging a new city, and puzzling with their role in an alien form of expression: contemporary art. It also showcases a major revitalization project in a former industrial site. Nancy Kelly, the director, presented a session at the 2002 National Planning Conference on this project. The price for DVD and VHS copies of "Downside UP," which is 54 minutes long, has been reduced to $65 for community organizations, public libraries, high schools, and museums, and $185 for colleges and universities.
