Vital Communities Toolbox

The Vital Communities Toolbox was created by the Tompkins County (New York) Planning Department to assist interested municipal governments, businesses, nonprofit groups, and local citizens in finding planning tools to help them achieve the goals set forth in the Vital Communities Development and Preservation Principles.

The website won a 2003 award from APA's New York Upstate Chapter.
